  Bought an item online and attempted to pick it up twice. Although I arrived during the listed opening hours, they were closed on both occasions. I was then promised that the item would be sent via express post. One day before the hens party (and a week after the promise was made) we had still not received the item. When I went to the shop a third time to follow up on this, it turned out the item had not been sent at all. Very poor way to run a business

  I recently ordered some custom sashes and T shirts for my Hens Night and couldn't have been happier with the quality of the items, and the service I received! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

  Fantastic customer service and very fast delivery. The ladies in the shop were so helpful on the phone as I was trying to organise the whole hens party myself. The products I received were of great quality and the Bride and Bridesmaids were in love with the singlets I had custom made for us all! Would recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be back for my wedding!

  Ordered stickers for a bridal party. It said on the website it would arrive between 5-10 working days. It's almost been 3 weeks and they still haven't arrived! There has been no communication from the company either! Terrible experience.
